We had two separate appointments booked today. Received confirmation emails AND texts for the appointment. Drove an hour and building is closed for no power. Couldn’t be bothered to email OR text to cancel. Poor customer service. Small hand written sign on the door. Building has absolutely NO SIGNS for what it’s supposed to be.
Got right in and staff was great!
